We are looking for an exceptionally talented and self-motivated Marketing Manager to support our business. You will be responsible for helping to define and execute Fusion Coolant’s marketing, communications and PR strategy. As a new and exciting solution in an industry that’s been largely untouched by innovation, Fusion is uniquely positioned to grow into the market leader. You will play a critical role in establishing that leadership, and for gaining exposure for the company. Responsibilities
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department, including:

  • Positioning & Messaging
    Own and elevate the Fusion Coolant brand through the creation of differentiated brand positioning and messaging
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
    Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
    Work with the sales organization to keep current on the market changes and the customers’ requirements
  • Company Collateral
    Manage the creation of key marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, video, photography and other creative assets
    Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
  • PR
    Craft and execute a PR strategy aimed at generating buzz and credibility for the company with the right audiences
  • Events & Tradeshows
    Build the company’s event and tradeshow strategy, supporting company exhibits and speaking opportunities
  • Social Media
    Establish social accounts and develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget

Qualifications

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years with a combination of digital marketing, content marketing, market research and social media.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing tactics and best practices
  • Demonstrated results building a strong sales funnel using a data-driven approach
  • Marketing automation tools savvy (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Technical product marketing and sales experience helpful
  • Strong project management practices to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Confident and can-do attitude
  • Creative thinker
